GoNexus Group Concludes a Milestone Year Marked by Market Growth and Global Tech Advancement

Cancun, Mexico – xx December 2025GoNexus Group, a leading experiences and mobility travel company, has closed the 2024–2025 fiscal year —ending in September— with historic growth that marks a turning point for the organization. 

During this period, GoNexus Group served 7.4 million combined experiences and mobility customers, firmly consolidating its position as one of the most significant operators in the regional tourism industry.

This scale-up also translated into 6.25 million passengers transported, an 8% year-on-year increase, and more than 511,000 excursion bookings, enabling 1.15 million travelers to enjoy curated in-destination experiences. 

The year was also marked by significant geographic expansion with the opening of six new strategic destinations: Las Vegas, Mexico City, San Andrés, Cartagena de Indias, Tobago, and Acapulco. GoNexus Group also received notable industry recognition through Tripadvisor Travelers’ Choice Awards in seven key markets: Costa Rica, Cancun, Punta Cana, Los Cabos, Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlán, and Varadero.

GoNexus Group continued to strengthen its position as a technology-driven leader with major advancements in digital innovation and scalable tools. Over the past year, the company launched the new NexusTours App—featuring real-time vehicle geolocation, advanced experience search, and seamless direct booking—and expanded NexusCube into one of the most comprehensive travel-tech marketplaces worldwide, with presence in 165+ countries, more than 200,000 experiences, 8,300 transportation options, and coverage across 850 airports.

The company also accelerated the digitalization of points of sale through interactive hotel kiosks, intelligent digital signage, and AI-powered personalization engines, improving customer sentiment by 12% and boosting conversion by 7%. These initiatives, combined with paperless solutions and enhanced automation, have enabled greater operational efficiency while delivering a more intuitive and responsive guest experience at scale.
